bin2txt.exe : small utility for binary ⇔ text conversion
This small 32-bit Microsoft® Windows® command-line utility allows conversion between binary data files (8,16,24,32-bits signed/unsigned integer, 32,64-bit float) and text files. Mainly used for binary data integration in source code.
